Creations Catering is a family owned and operated full service catering company. With over 16 years experience in the food industry and 10 years in the catering industry we can assist you with every detail in planning any occasion.
We service all of South Jersey, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas. We cater from intimate dinner parties, graduation parties, holiday events, corporate events, to wedding receptions.

Our food reflects our dedication to superiority. Executive Chef Sam Marini prepares all meals with the help of his amazing team. Sam is the owner of Creations Catering. With over 16 years of culinary experience, he started his career studying at the Culinary Art Institute of Philadelphia. After working as the executive Chef of Zagara's Market in Marlton, NJ for 6 years, Sam entered the catering business. He held the position of Executive Chef for two companies before branching out on his own. He is a perfectionist who expects nothing but the best in presentation and skill. This is what separates him from his competition. Sam runs a very efficient kitchen demanding only the best. He puts his heart in every meal he prepares, proving creativity and innovation.
His wife, Lori Marini, who is a successful event coordinator, joins Sam in owning Creations Catering. After studying Restaurant Management, she has the experience to work with many vendors to create the ideal event for you. Lori coordinates and organizes all occasions, corporate or residential. She will walk you through each step from your first call to the end of your event. You can count on her to make your event extra special.
As mentioned Creations Catering is a family owned and operated business. The Marini’s are joined by another family member Frank Juliano as your direct sales manager and office supervisor. Frank brings his passion for the hospitality industry and great customer service to ensure every client is treated with the most respect. With over 15 years’ experience in business to business relations he focuses on setting goals and creating new relationships. Frank has successfully implemented strategic marketing plans to accurately penetrate a specific target audience. He brings his experience and energy to Creations Catering to build lasting relationships with all clients.
